Seeking a senior HR Business Partner with 5+ years experience, including at least 1 year supporting Sales departments and preferably EMEA experience. Role focuses on operational and systems-oriented HR work: mapping workflows, building scalable processes, and driving efficiencies using AI and automation. Responsibilities include streamlining HR processes, adopting modern HR tools, using data to improve workflows, advising leaders on organizational design and workforce planning, managing employee performance, and supporting leadership development. Requires strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work schedule based in London office.
