Full job description

Seeking an organised and proactive HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) for a hybrid role based in West London office 4 days per week. Responsibilities include providing generalist HR advice, managing employee relations matters such as performance management and leave processes, supporting employee engagement and development initiatives, participating in HR projects, ensuring data accuracy and reporting, and collaborating with HR Operations and Payroll. Requires 1-2 years HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, strong communication and organisational skills, and a flexible team-player attitude. Previous experience in AdTech, Martech, or Media preferred but not essential.

What you'll do

  • Build strong partnerships with employees and managers to develop high-performance culture
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR matters including performance management, maternity, paternity, adoption, parental leave, and flexible working
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and communication of performance review processes
  • Collaborate on employee engagement activities such as social and charity events
  • Work with L&D team on course nominations and deliver in-house training sessions
  • Participate in HR projects to strengthen engagement, retention, and inclusion
  • Ensure accuracy of HR data and reporting to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with HR Operations and Payroll teams to ensure effective HR administration

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar HR role within a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Experience providing a wide range of generalist HR advice to employees and managers
  • Good working knowledge of up-to-date UK employment law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Good attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Professional, proactive attitude with desire to learn and develop
  • Flexible approach and team player
  • Previous experience in AdTech, Martech, or Media preferred but not essential
