Full job description

Seeking an organised and proactive HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) with 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced HR environment. The role is hybrid, based in West London office 4 days per week. Responsibilities include providing generalist HR advice, managing employee relations and performance management processes, supporting employee engagement and development, participating in HR projects, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with HR Operations and Payroll. Requires good knowledge of UK employment law, strong communication and organisational skills, and ability to build trust at all levels. Previous experience in AdTech, Martech, or Media preferred but not essential.
