Full job description
Appodeal is seeking a Head of Publishing to lead and grow the Accelerator program. This strategic leadership role requires deep expertise in mobile game publishing, user acquisition, and monetization. Responsibilities include developing and executing scalable, data-driven publishing strategies, portfolio growth, market and trend analysis, P&L management, cross-functional leadership, partner and developer relations, performance tracking and optimization, and team leadership. Requirements include 10+ years in leadership roles in game publishing or related fields, proven track record in mobile game publishing, deep knowledge of user acquisition, monetization strategies, ASO, strong analytical and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong communication skills. The role is full-time and based in Barcelona with hybrid remote work possible.
