Full job description
Seeking a Head of Product for Taboola News in Tel Aviv. Requires 10+ years of product leadership in digital publishing, ad tech, or media, with experience scaling PM teams and launching high-impact products. Must have expertise in app/on-device revenue optimization and platforms serving 100M+ users. Responsibilities include defining the global product roadmap, driving executive alignment, leading PM and analyst teams, and enabling cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing. What you'll do
- Define the global product roadmap for Taboola News
- Own end-to-end product strategy and translate business goals into execution plans
- Drive executive alignment and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of PMs and analysts
- Enable cross-functional success by bridging Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Launch products that meet partner needs and exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Product Leadership in digital publishing, ad tech, or media
- Experience scaling PM teams and launching high-impact products
- Strategic monetization expertise in app/on-device revenue optimization (native ads, content engines, eCPM)
- Experience with platforms serving 100M+ users
- Ability to balance revenue goals with high-quality user experiences
- Experience leveraging A/B testing and personalization
- B2C experience is a big advantage
- Visionary approach to integrating AI/GenAI and advanced recommendation systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and sales teams
