Lead and coach high-performing sales account teams in APAC, focusing on consultative sales to meet advertiser needs and grow business. Set strategic objectives and manage daily operations with sales leadership. Partner directly with clients and motivate large teams. Manage regional portfolio leads to actively negotiate deals and deploy product adoption frameworks. Navigate complex multi-market client issues and sell Google's advertising solutions including Search, YouTube, and Measurement. Requires 12+ years in media, advertising, or digital sales with regional APAC experience, 10+ years people management, strong commercial negotiation skills, and ability to engage C-level stakeholders across APAC. Must have deep knowledge of Google advertising stack and enterprise AI transformation.
