Criteo seeks a Head of Global Marketing Partnerships to lead strategic partnership initiatives, starting with OpenAI and expanding into AI, Retail Media, and Commerce ecosystems. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this senior role involves shaping commercialization, positioning, and scaling partnerships. Responsibilities include leading partner marketing strategy, developing scalable programs for advertiser adoption and product rollouts, coordinating cross-functional launches, supporting international expansion, and managing joint marketing initiatives. The role also involves customer storytelling, thought leadership, sales enablement, and internal readiness. Requires 5+ years in partner/product marketing or related GTM roles, experience in advertising technology, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. What you'll do
- Lead partner marketing strategy and execution across key strategic partnerships, initially focused on OpenAI
- Develop scalable programs to support advertiser adoption, market launches, product rollouts and commercialization efforts
- Coordinate cross-functional launches and partner activations across Sales, Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Operations
- Support international market expansion efforts tied to strategic partnerships
- Coordinate joint marketing calendars, launch moments, communications opportunities, and co-branded initiatives
- Lead development of customer case studies, proof points, testimonials, and partner success narratives
- Drive alignment to accelerate time-to-market for customer stories, launch communications, and external partnership announcements
- Support executive presentations, fireside chats, industry events, webinars, and partner-facing thought leadership initiatives
- Help strengthen market positioning and category leadership within AI-driven commerce and emerging advertising ecosystems
- Support development of internal enablement materials, FAQs, launch kits, sales narratives, and training resources
- Translate complex partnership initiatives into clear commercial narratives
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership to support market readiness and adoption efforts
- Act as a connective partner to surface feedback, identify adoption blockers, and improve coordination around partnership launches and commercialization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, strategic partnerships, business marketing, or related GTM roles
- Experience working within advertising technology
- Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting emerging products, beta programs, or early-stage commercialization efforts
- Experience working on the brand side is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate effectively within fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and organizational leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct organizational authority
- Experience supporting customer case studies, webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Comfortable working directly with external partners and senior leadership stakeholders
