Full job description
Lead Tebex's development department of 15-20 developers across four teams. Drive the technical roadmap including a Node.js pilot and platform re-architecture. Manage project coordination to remove bottlenecks and maximize developer focus. Lead AI integration in workflows and coach teams on AI efficiencies. Ensure timely delivery of stable, secure, and high-performance code. Coordinate urgent technical issues and deployments. Requires 3+ years in senior leadership roles managing large teams, hands-on experience with PHP/Laravel and Node.js/TypeScript, experience in platform transitions, strong communication skills, and UK residency with full-time work eligibility.
