Full job description
Join Vibe.co's GTM Operations team to identify and solve problems across the revenue funnel by building AI-first tools and automations. Responsibilities include diagnosing revenue funnel issues, prioritizing projects, building and shipping AI-driven tools with engineering collaboration, embedding with Sales and Customer Success teams, and driving revenue outcomes. Requires 5-7+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations or GTM Product/Program Management, strong systems thinking, active use of AI tools like Claude, data literacy, project ownership, and Salesforce experience. Salary range for NYC candidates is $150,000–$180,000.
