Full job description
Join the GTM Operations team at Vibe.co to identify and solve problems across the revenue funnel by building AI-first tools and automations. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues in lead routing, pipeline execution, retention, and growth; building and iterating on automation tools using Claude and AI agents; collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams; and driving projects tied to revenue and retention goals. Requires 5-7+ years in GTM or Revenue Operations or GTM Product/Program Management, strong systems thinking, active use of AI tools, data literacy, project ownership, and Salesforce experience. Benefits include variable pay, hybrid work in NYC, full health coverage, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and annual offsite. Salary range for New York candidates is $150,000–$200,000.
