StackAdapt seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage virtual events and webinars. Responsibilities include developing multi-channel campaigns, executing live virtual events using BigMarker, managing cross-functional projects, tracking campaign KPIs, supporting G2 review campaigns, and maintaining the campaign calendar. Requires 3-5 years marketing experience in B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech, hands-on experience with virtual event platforms (BigMarker or ON24), strong project management and communication skills, and proficiency in campaign data analysis (HubSpot, HockeyStack, or similar). This is a full-time remote role open to candidates in Canada. Salary range for Ontario candidates is $76,000 to $90,000 CAD base. Benefits include competitive salary, retirement plans, paid time off, mental health programs, health benefits from day one, work from home reimbursements, optional WeWork membership, training, personal development support, programmatic courses, parental leave, and a supportive culture.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting pipeline growth, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives with a multi-channel lens, spanning email, paid social, programmatic, virtual sponsorships, content, and digital channels
- Own end-to-end execution of live virtual events and webinars using BigMarker — from topic selection and speaker coordination to promotion, live delivery, and post-event follow-up
- Lead campaign kickoffs, cross-functional alignment meetings, and project management to keep deliverables on track across content, design, and digital teams
- Track and report on campaign and event KPIs — including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics — and deliver post-campaign analyses with actionable recommendations, working closely with the Marketing Operations team
- Support quarterly G2 review collection campaigns and amplify G2 assets across owned and paid channels in coordination with Product Marketing
- Take ownership of the integrated campaign calendar and virtual event program with minimal ramp time
- Build trusted working relationships across PMM, Content, Sales, and Digital teams
- Ensure pipeline impact through total lead (MQL and SQL) contribution and overall pipeline influenced by integrated programs
- Monitor program performance including webinar and live virtual event attendance rates and audience engagement scores
- Ensure campaign delivery on time and within scope and 100% completion rate on post-campaign analyses
Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B, AdTech, SaaS, or Martech preferred) with a track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Hands-on experience managing live virtual events and webinars using platforms such as BigMarker or ON24, including full run-of-show and live operations ownership
- Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional communication skills across teams including Product Marketing, Content, and Sales
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign (HubSpot, HockeyStack, or similar) and event performance data to generate insights and optimization recommendations tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional excellence in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
