Samba is hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to lead high-velocity, multi-channel campaign creation and execution across digital ads, content syndication, email nurturing, gifting, direct mail, lead magnets, partner marketing, website hooks, and surveys. The role involves building quarterly campaign calendars tied to pipeline targets, collaborating with content, product, event marketing, and sales teams, prioritizing impactful signals, enabling sales follow-up, independently analyzing Salesforce and HubSpot data, managing multiple campaigns with quality, designing automations, adapting messaging for various personas and products, managing vendors, creating on-brand creative assets using AI tools, and innovating campaign storytelling. Candidates should have 4-8 years of B2B growth marketing or demand generation experience, hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Demandbase, Clay, Salesforce including SFDC campaign attribution, strong ABM knowledge, ability to independently analyze data, experience with automation design, AI tool usage, and product-led growth aptitude. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end B2B campaign creation and management across multiple channels including digital ads, content syndication, email nurturing, gifting, 3D mailers, lead magnets, partner marketing, custom website hooks, surveys, and new channels
- Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars and strategies tied to business goals and pipeline targets
- Partner with content marketing, product marketing, and event marketing to build campaigns aligned with launches and business needs
- Prioritize signals and collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership to focus on impactful campaigns
- Enable sellers to follow up on campaigns collaboratively and build strong sales relationships
- Parse Salesforce and HubSpot data independently to build lists, understand buyer patterns, and identify funnel gaps
- Run a high velocity of campaigns each quarter with strategic full-funnel coverage and quality management
- Design automations and either hand off to ops/engineers or build them directly
- Adapt messaging, channels, and tactics for multiple personas and products while maintaining coherence
- Manage vendors to grow campaign capacity and get output from external partners
- Build creative assets using design tools and AI tools according to brand guidelines
- Find innovative, creative ways to tell the company story and stand out in the market
- Use AI tools for campaign ideation, audience research, copy drafting, data analysis, automation design, and reporting balancing AI speed with human quality
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand gen, or campaign management
- Experience running high-velocity, multi-channel campaigns that generated measurable pipeline
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Demandbase, Clay, Salesforce including SFDC campaign attribution
- Ability to build campaign strategies and calendars tied to quarterly targets
- Deep collaboration skills with sales teams, including embedding with sellers and listening to Gong calls
- Understanding and demonstrated results in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) motions
- Ability to independently pull data, build lists, analyze funnel performance in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience running campaigns across digital ads, content syndication, email nurture, gifting, direct mail, lead magnets, partner marketing, website-triggered plays, surveys
- Ability to design automations (triggers, branching, enrollment criteria, suppression) and hand off specs or build them
- Ability to work with design tools to create on-brand assets quickly and get designer approval
- Understanding of ABM principles and ability to execute account-based campaigns aligned with sales priorities
- AI-native usage of tools like Claude, Cowork or comparable AI tools with examples of AI accelerating campaign work
- Experience or strong aptitude for product-led growth (PLG) motions

- High bar for creative quality in campaigns
