Full job description
Moloco is hiring a Growth Analyst for their Sales organization based in San Francisco, CA. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring presence in the office 3 days per week. The position is designed for recent graduates completing their degree by July 2026. Responsibilities include supporting client campaign execution, preparing client meeting materials, communicating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance using Moloco Cloud Platform, SFDC, and Looker, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes. Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools, have strong communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and eager to learn about programmatic advertising and data-driven decision making. Hourly pay ranges from approximately $34.65 to $56.26 depending on location region.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day execution of client campaigns and account maintenance
- Prepare materials for client meetings and business reviews
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs
- Maintain documentation and client communication for tracking progress
- Understand account business objectives and competitive landscape for strategic recommendations
- Learn Moloco’s products and client goals
- Assist with campaign setup and monitor performance using internal tools
- Surface insights and performance trends to inform optimizations
- Support troubleshooting and coordinate with internal teams
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improvements
- Prepare reports and performance summaries to inform client strategy
- Identify upsell or optimization opportunities with senior team members
- Document internal workflows and improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners for client insights
- Share learnings and best practices for continuous improvement
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate curiosity, ask questions, and grow through feedback

Requirements
- Graduation by July 2026 (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA)
- Ability to work from San Francisco office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Available to start full-time by July 6th, 2026
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
