Full job description

Growth Advertising Sales Manager for India market based in Bangkok office. Responsible for researching, identifying, engaging, and closing advertisers to expand Taboola’s advertising offerings. Manage entire sales process from demo to negotiation and closing deals. Requires minimum 5 years sales experience in digital media, deal structuring and negotiation in India market, strong sales drive, analytical skills, technological aptitude, fluency in English and business-level Hindi, and understanding of digital technology and revenue ecosystem. Responsibilities include pipeline management, forecasting, collaboration with internal teams, media planning, client management, and reporting to management. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers and Account Managers to ensure new advertisers’ success
  • Work with management stakeholders to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Build realistic media plans to assist advertisers in meeting performance objectives, goals and CPAs
  • Interact with Account Management team to manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management
  • Convey field intelligence to product management teams regarding development features
  • Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts within India
  • Work closely with direct line manager to take direction, provide updates, feedback, and real-time forecasts

Requirements

  • Strong passion for Performance Marketing and hunger to sell
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position at a digital media company
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals in the India market
  • Strong sales drive with an ability to build relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and reports
  • Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support campaign implementation and optimization
  • Fluent in English and business-level proficiency in Hindi
  • Understanding of digital technology & revenue ecosystem and ability to explain product benefits
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
