Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product strategy for CTV User Understanding within Moloco Ads. The role involves building foundational capabilities for identity, features, and signals across a machine learning-driven ads platform. Responsibilities include defining privacy-conscious identity across devices, maximizing value from 1P and 3P data sources, enabling advertisers to target and exclude audiences at scale, and partnering with engineering and data science teams to execute the product roadmap. Candidates should have 9–12 years of experience with 8+ years in product management, a strong analytical mindset, experience in ad tech or related fields, and a proven track record of building and scaling B2B products. The position is full-time, hybrid, and based in Menlo Park, CA or Seattle, WA. Salary range is $211,200 to $264,000 USD with a competitive benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Lead product strategy for CTV User Understanding within Moloco Ads
  • Build foundational capabilities that power identity, features, and signals across the machine learning-driven ads platform
  • Define durable, privacy-conscious identity across devices (e.g., connecting CTV environments with mobile signals)
  • Extract maximum value from 1P and 3P data sources (e.g., UPT, Lotame, and future signals)
  • Enable advertisers to use their 1P data to target and exclude specific audiences at scale
  • Partner closely with engineering and data science to define and execute on a roadmap
  • Own a critical, horizontal layer of the ads stack
  • Shape the future of targeting and identity in a privacy-first world

Requirements

  • 9–12 years of experience, with 8+ years in Product Management
  • Proven track record owning platform, infrastructure, or data-driven products end-to-end
  • Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and translating them into clear product strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions in data-sparse environments
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and ability to translate them into scalable solutions
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and globally distributed teams
  • Experience in ad tech, CTV, identity, targeting, or machine learning systems is strongly preferred
  • Track record of building and scaling B2B products, ideally in high-growth environments
