Graphic Designer - Sr. Associate I

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for pitches, RFIs, and RFPs
• Create and maintain templates, themes, and master slides to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Translate complex information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand slides
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Contribute to the design of marketing assets such as social media creatives, landing pages, newsletters, and other digital collateral
• Ensure all creative outputs are visually appealing, professional, and on-brand
• Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, present concepts, and refine deliverables
• Manage expectations, timelines, and feedback with professionalism and clarity
• Communicate design rationale effectively to both creative and non-creative audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing PPT expertise
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, templates, and advanced formatting
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and typography
• Ability to balance design creativity with business needs and brand guidelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) is a plus
