The Trade Desk seeks a General Manager, Business Development - Independent Agency - East to lead a portfolio of independent agency relationships and business development teams. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional partnership strategies, building relationships with agency leadership, integrating agency feedback into product development, driving commercial growth, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading a team of business development leaders. Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in agency leadership or business development with deep knowledge of independent agency operations, strong commercial acumen, proven leadership and negotiation skills.
