The Global Lead – Compliance (Workspace & Facilities) at InMobi is responsible for end-to-end compliance, governance, and risk management across all global office locations. The role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, ISO standards, workplace safety norms, and internal policies, while building scalable frameworks for secure, efficient, and compliant workplace operations. Key responsibilities include driving global compliance, managing ISO and other audits, overseeing workplace safety and security compliance, managing vendor and third-party governance, handling risk and incident management, ensuring data privacy compliance, developing policies and processes, engaging with stakeholders and leadership, and driving compliance training and culture building. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, strong expertise in ISO standards, audits, GDPR, and workplace compliance frameworks, experience managing multi-country operations and vendors, leadership and communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
