Full job description

Global Demand Generation Manager role responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programmes to convert market engagement into Sales Qualified Accounts, opportunities, and pipeline. Role involves building a modern demand engine using buyer signals, data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, pipeline programme development, AI and automation-driven engagement, webinar and thought leadership programme ownership, cross-team collaboration, and continuous performance improvement. Requires proven B2B software demand generation experience, pipeline ownership, hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation expertise, ABM programme experience, and active use of AI tools. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute global marketing campaigns aligned to quarterly demand generation and pipeline priorities
  • Translate product messaging, market insights, and buyer signals into integrated programmes across webinars, content campaigns, ABM, nurture, and sales engagement plays
  • Create campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, journey plans, and programme plans for consistent execution
  • Build campaigns around SAP triggers and buying moments
  • Design programmes that generate Sales Qualified Accounts (SQAs), opportunities, and pipeline for net new and expansion motions
  • Build campaign plays supporting opportunity acceleration, target account engagement, and sales follow-up
  • Align campaigns tightly with Sales priorities and key accounts each quarter
  • Use Salesforce data, funnel insight, and BDR/Sales feedback to monitor account progress and identify improvements
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and BDR leadership to build signal-led programmes using tools like Clay, Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, and AI workflows
  • Define account signals to trigger next best actions across nurture, BDR outreach, sales engagement, and campaign follow-up
  • Test and improve automated journeys to increase relevance, personalization, and speed while maintaining quality
  • Stay updated on emerging demand generation technology to improve targeting, orchestration, and conversion
  • Own the global webinar programme including topic development, promotion, speaker coordination, execution, follow-up, and performance reporting
  • Leverage webinars and thought leadership content to fuel nurture programmes and sales plays
  • Ensure webinars generate measurable demand beyond registrations
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing Manager to activate campaigns across paid media, website, SEO, lifecycle nurture, and conversion journeys
  • Work with Global Field Marketing Manager to extend campaigns through events and field marketing
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop campaign assets, messaging frameworks, and sales plays
  • Work with BDRs and Sales to convert campaign engagement into relevant, timely, and insight-led follow-up
  • Track campaign performance using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, reporting on SQA generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze programme effectiveness and refine campaign strategy continuously
  • Test, iterate, and improve the demand generation playbook

Requirements

  • Proven experience in demand generation within B2B software (SaaS, ISV, or enterprise software)
  • Demonstrable track record of pipeline ownership with reporting and campaign contribution analysis
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience for campaign performance, pipeline reporting, and revenue attribution
  • Operational experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo or equivalent
  • Experience running ABM programmes in partnership with BDR and Sales teams
  • Active and applied use of AI tools in demand generation
  • Experience selling into the SAP ecosystem or comparable enterprise software, DevOps, or IT transformation environment (strong advantage)
  • Familiarity with signal-led tooling such as Clay, Apollo, intent data platforms, or enrichment tools (strong advantage)
  • German language proficiency (useful but not essential)
  • Builder's mindset with confidence in creating structure and testing new approaches
  • Commercially minded with understanding of marketing impact on pipeline, revenue, and sales
  • Curiosity about buyer behaviour and account signals
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate cross-functional global marketing programmes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth mindset focused on experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
