Full job description

Global Agency Partnership Director role based in London, UK. Lead and scale strategic relationships with global agency holding companies and brands to drive adoption of Silverpush’s AI-driven ad-tech solutions. Responsibilities include developing Joint Business Plans, driving global adoption of AI-powered contextual advertising solutions, partnering with product and operations teams for multi-market execution, identifying growth opportunities across EMEA and global agencies, providing thought leadership on privacy-safe advertising, facilitating global enablement workshops, and representing Silverpush in senior global forums. Requires 8-10+ years in digital media, ad-tech, or global agency leadership, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative strategic mindset. Hybrid work model with regular face time in London office and client meetings. Focus on AI, video intelligence, privacy-safe targeting, and global agency ecosystems.

What you'll do

  • Lead and expand senior-level relationships across global agency groups and priority clients, positioning Silverpush as a trusted global ad-tech partner
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align Silverpush’s AI capabilities with global agency and client objectives
  • Drive global adoption of Silverpush’s AI-powered contextual solutions, focusing on video intelligence and privacy-safe targeting across international markets
  • Partner with global product and operations teams to ensure seamless multi-market execution and measurable outcomes for partners
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across EMEA and global agency networks to shape a scalable commercial roadmap
  • Provide thought leadership on privacy-safe advertising and global ad-tech trends to senior agency stakeholders
  • Facilitate global enablement through workshops and strategic training programmes to deepen the usage of Silverpush tools within global holding companies
  • Represent Silverpush in senior global forums, strategic planning sessions, and global QBRs

Requirements

  • Proven track record in digital media, ad-tech, or global agency leadership roles (8-10+ years preferred)
  • Deep understanding of global agency ecosystems, contextual advertising, and AI-driven media
  • Extensive network of senior stakeholders across global agency holding companies and international brands
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing global revenue targets and partnership expansion
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ad-tech value propositions to global executives
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset with the ability to lead cross-border initiatives in a high-growth environment
