Full job description
Yahoo seeks a Director to lead DSP advertising business across Independent Agencies Horizon and Havas. The role involves managing executive-level relationships, driving revenue growth, shaping partnership and go-to-market strategies, and representing Yahoo DSP in industry forums. Requires 10+ years in advertising, media, or technology with proven success in agency relationships, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration. Must have strong communication, operational leadership, and a technical understanding of DSP and programmatic advertising. Location: New York City metro area. Hybrid work model with occasional in-person events. Salary range $217,905 - $473,710 per year plus bonuses and benefits including healthcare, 401k, childcare, and education stipends.
