Full job description

Taboola News is hiring an Account Manager based in London. The role involves managing and growing relationships with strategic mobile-first partners globally, including OEMs and carriers. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing metrics, conducting meetings and business reviews, providing strategic consultation, collaborating with technical teams, and serving as a communication link between R&D and Product teams. Candidates should have proven customer-facing experience, strong relationship-building skills, technical understanding, analytical skills, and a track record of closing complex sales. Willingness to travel up to twice per quarter is required. What you'll do

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic mobile-first partners globally including smartphone manufacturers and US-based carriers
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to improve results and determine optimization paths
  • Conduct ongoing in-person meetings and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships at all organizational levels
  • Provide strategic consultation, update partners on new product capabilities, and identify new growth areas
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Management team for comprehensive account management
  • Serve as key communication point between R&D and Product teams to build the right products
  • Understand Taboola business, technology, revenue ecosystem, and client needs to identify new opportunities and grow business

Requirements

  • Proven results in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external constituencies including senior executives, legal, technical, finance, sales and marketing
  • Good technical understanding including ability to explain technical solutions and develop opportunities with technical teams
  • Experience opening support tickets and handling technical set-up requirements
  • Good analytical skills including reporting, data analysis, identifying trends, and improving key metrics
  • Experience working with Product Management on A/B Testing and optimization
  • Track record of closing business and driving long and complex sales cycles
  • Highly motivated, proactive, dedicated, resourceful and creative
  • High attention to detail, organized, and strong communication skills
  • Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 2 times per quarter
  • Bonus: Prior experience working with OEMs
  • Bonus: Negotiation experience with customers to define deliverables, deadlines and expectations
