Full job description
Global Account Manager role based in Tel Aviv working with international advertisers across multiple verticals. Responsibilities include educating, consulting, onboarding clients, optimizing dynamic campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with Product and R&D teams. Requires 3+ years client-facing experience in digital media, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience managing revenue quotas. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office. What you'll do
- Build relationships with brand and agency high-level contacts globally
- Monitor and optimize performance of dynamic campaigns
- Analyze key metrics and identify areas for client improvement
- Understand client business/marketing objectives and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
- Be a product expert
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues timely
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Support teams
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign results
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in client-facing capacity with international clients
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Client-facing experience in digital media/online publisher space
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Self-motivation and pro-activeness
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience owning quarterly revenue quotas
