Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience on ArcGIS Enterprise – version 11.5 in a Windows environment
Experience with SDE databases on MS SQL Server
Experience with Survey123 website
Experience with ArcGIS Monitor
Perform common maintenance tasks such as patches installation and certificates renewal
Monitor server resources and investigate performance issues
Administer FME Flow software including publishing workspaces, debugging workspace failures, organizing and optimizing scheduled workspaces
Work with Azure DevOps including code repository (git) and deployment pipelines
Deploy and maintain containerized applications on OpenShift
Provide end user technical support
Use ArcGIS Pro (basic to advanced use-cases)
Use Portal for ArcGIS components (Maps, Layers, Experience Builder, etc.)
Use Q-GIS
Administer and maintain GeoServer and Tileserver-gl
Maintain and improve technical documentation
Proactive technology watch and advice for GIS tools selection
GIS programming skills in Python, ArcPy, JavaScript/TypeScript
