Full job description

Support accounts payable and/or accounts receivable accounting processes. Provide data for weekly cash flow forecasting and payment proposals. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Manage accounting-related communications. Review and post invoices, handle workflows and administrative tasks. Support daily accounting operations, clarify and reconcile accounts payable and intercompany accounts. Prepare payments and assist with payment runs. Contribute to reports and analyses. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing per HGB/IFRS standards. Optimize accounting and administrative processes. Requires vocational training in commercial/business field, 4-5 years accounting experience, fluent German and English, experience with HGB/IFRS, ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred), proficiency in MS Excel and Word, structured and independent work style, team orientation, and operational task willingness.
