Full job description
AppsFlyer is seeking a General Manager for Greater China Region (GCR) to own full regional P&L including revenue, margin, and budget. The role requires setting multi-year regional strategy, building and leading a leadership team, driving business transformation towards an AI-native organization, managing executive and board-level customer relationships, negotiating strategic partnerships in China, representing the company publicly, owning the product agenda for local market needs, and ensuring regulatory, data, and labor compliance. Candidates must have 15+ years of commercial leadership with at least 5 years managing a country or regional P&L, experience with a $100M+ recurring revenue business, enterprise SaaS/adtech/martech experience, deep knowledge of the China market, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
