Full job description

The Trade Desk seeks a General Manager, Client Services, Walmart to lead client delivery, operational excellence, and strategic support for Walmart Enterprise, Walmart Connect, Sam's Club enterprise, and Sam's Club retail media network business. Responsibilities include leading client services strategy, managing the Walmart Client Services team, serving as senior escalation point, partnering with Product teams, driving operational excellence, supporting platform adoption, and collaborating with Business Development. Requires 15+ years in client services or related leadership roles, experience in advertising, digital media, programmatic, ad tech, retail media, or enterprise technology, and proven leadership of client-facing teams managing complex enterprise accounts. Strong communication and ability to partner with Product teams are essential.
