Ogury is seeking a senior full-time leader to own and scale its CTV business, focusing on GTM strategy, revenue, supply narrative, measurement, and cross-functional alignment. The role requires 10+ years in digital advertising with 5+ years in CTV or video roles, deep knowledge of programmatic CTV supply, strong agency relationships, and experience in GTM narrative and sales enablement. Responsibilities include defining CTV GTM narrative, managing revenue and pricing strategy, liaising between product and commercial teams, training internal teams, and representing Ogury at industry events. The position is hybrid based in New York City with a salary range of $200,000 to $240,000 USD plus benefits including 401K, health resources, and flexible office days.
