Full job description
Looking for a Functional Consultant with 3-5 years Salesforce experience to lead implementation projects. Must have at least one Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Developer) and 2+ years implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions. Experience with Loyalty Management is a plus. Responsibilities include designing and configuring Salesforce core platform solutions, creating diagrams, analyzing business processes, and ensuring best practices in configuration, testing, and deployment. Must have excellent client management and leadership skills, experience with Atlassian or similar tools, and knowledge of compliance and security standards. Position offers hybrid remote work with some in-office days for employees near HQ or Hub offices. Salary range $82,800 - $115,000.
