Full job description
Fullstack Team Lead role at Kayzen, a mobile DSP focused on programmatic advertising. Lead and mentor a Fullstack engineering team, contribute hands-on to codebase, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define technical strategy. Must have 10+ years Fullstack development experience primarily in JavaScript/TypeScript, expertise in React, Angular, or Vue, strong UI and performance optimization skills, and 2+ years managing engineering teams. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and building AI-first UI patterns required. Responsibilities include managing execution of product roadmaps, driving prioritization, and integrating AI tools in development.
