Full job description

Creative Technologist role to bridge technical execution and creative vision by automating workflows and building data-driven digital experiences. Collaborate with Art Directors, Digital Producers, and Engineers. Responsibilities include advancing skills in GSAP, AI frameworks, prompt engineering, prototyping advanced creative tools, automating workflows, and providing strategic input. Requires 3-5 years experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, prototyping tools (Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), strong debugging skills, and a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, Python/Bash scripting, Snowflake, and experience in finance, healthcare, CPG, or retail sectors preferred. Located in Chicago, Illinois. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git)
  • Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
  • Understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross-platform development
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or relevant coding bootcamp
  • Ability to apply prompt and context engineering with AI
  • Experience building custom Python/Bash scripts or exploring new SDD frameworks
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data analytics software
  • Experience in vertical markets like finance, healthcare, CPG, or retail
