Full job description

Creative Technologist role reporting to Senior Director, Creative Technology. Collaborate with Art Directors, Digital Producers, and Engineers to build data-driven digital experiences and automate workflows. Responsibilities include advancing skills in GSAP, AI frameworks, prompt engineering, prototyping advanced creative tools, automating workflows, bridging design and engineering teams, and contributing to strategic direction. Requires 3-5 years experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Git, prototyping tools (Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), strong debugging, and a relevant degree or bootcamp. Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, Python/Bash scripting, Snowflake, and experience in finance, healthcare, CPG, or retail sectors preferred. Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Salary range: $55,400 - $102,800 annually. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and version control (Git)
  • Proficiency in prototyping and experimentation using Cursor, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
  • Understanding of visual design, typography, and responsive, cross-platform development
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to autonomously troubleshoot complex environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Design, Digital Media, or relevant coding bootcamp
  • Experience applying prompt and context engineering with AI
  • Ability to build custom Python/Bash scripts
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data analytics software
  • Experience in vertical markets like finance, healthcare, CPG, or retail
