Full job description

FP&A Lead role in Madrid to drive financial performance, strengthen financial control, and support strategic and corporate finance initiatives. Responsibilities include executive reporting, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis, P&L monitoring, financial modeling, supporting financing and M&A activities, and improving financial processes through automation. Requires around 8 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence, preferably with Big Four experience. Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and communication with senior stakeholders needed. English proficiency required.
