Full job description Senior finance role responsible for owning the consolidated operating model, board and investor reporting, monthly financial cycle, revenue economics, UA capital allocation, opex and headcount partnering, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and transitioning reporting to BI tools. Requires 7+ years in FP&A or related fields with 2-3 years managing budget and forecast cycles, strong financial modeling skills, automation experience, fluency with large datasets, executive presentation skills, leadership experience, and eligibility to work in Spain with a hybrid work arrangement based in or relocating to Barcelona.

Manage the monthly financial cycle partnering with Accounting to produce variance analysis and flash views for leadership
Model revenue economics including gross and net revenue, take rates, eCPMs, impression drivers, and network concentration
Manage UA capital allocation including cohort ROAS, payback curves, per-title P&Ls, and revenue-share deal models
Partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and G&A on opex and headcount planning and vendor/cloud spend analysis
Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses on pricing, network mix, privacy, platform policy, FX, and downside cases
Transition routine reporting from spreadsheets to BI and planning tools working with the Data team
Manage a team of 2 financial analysts Requirements 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, transaction services or strategy consulting At least 2-3 years in an operating seat owning a budget and forecast cycle Driver-based three-statement models, cohort and unit economics, scenario mechanics Experience building automation into finance reporting including AI-assisted forecasting and automated variance reporting Fluency with large transactional datasets Experience presenting to executives and a board Direct, transparent communication in English Ability to disagree with commercial teams while maintaining partnership Ownership mentality to identify and close process gaps Leadership experience mentoring and leading a team of analysts Based in or relocating to Barcelona, eligible to work in Spain Comfortable with a hybrid work rhythm Tech stack AI-assisted forecasting Pigment Anaplan Abacum Planful Looker Tableau Metabase NetSuite Python SQL dbt
