Senior FP&A Business & Process Analyst role at Criteo in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid). Responsible for global profitability analysis framework and management reporting. Translate business dynamics into financial insights for FP&A, Commercial Finance, and leadership. Lead planning and reporting process evolution and support EPM solution rollout. Requires 3+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Analytics with strong P&L, forecasting, and financial modeling skills. Advanced Excel and familiarity with EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle) and Power BI required. SQL or Python skills are a plus. Role involves stakeholder partnership, process design, governance, and system enablement. What you'll do

  • Own global framework for profitability analysis and management reporting
  • Translate business dynamics into clear financial insights for FP&A, Commercial Finance, and leadership
  • Shape business performance understanding and drive strategic alignment
  • Lead evolution of planning and reporting processes including EPM solution rollout
  • Set standards for profitability analysis and management reporting
  • Translate financial and business data into actionable narratives for executives
  • Perform hands-on analysis and restatements for trend interpretation
  • Build and deliver accurate, automated, executive-ready reporting
  • Act as trusted advisor to Finance, Commercial, and regional teams
  • Challenge and influence leaders with analytical rigor and business perspective
  • Facilitate global planning meetings, training, and retrospectives
  • Define and evolve end-to-end planning and forecasting processes
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements and model new business rules
  • Lead or co-lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes and improve planning accuracy
  • Serve as FP&A contact for EPM implementation ensuring accurate business logic and financial models
  • Lead UAT strategy and execution for system releases
  • Perform quality checks on master data and key planning drivers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Analytics
  • Strong understanding of P&L dynamics, forecasting methodologies, and financial modeling
  • Track record of delivering insights and driving decisions in a multinational environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfortable with technology and large datasets
  • Familiarity with EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle) and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not required
  • Business-oriented thinker connecting financial analysis to commercial outcomes
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
  • Highly autonomous and proactive
  • Collaborative and influential with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English
