Full job description

FP&A Analyst role in Finance department based in Israel office. Responsible for owning operating expense planning and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders for budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making. Requires 2+ years experience in Corporate FP&A managing Opex, budgeting, forecasting, bachelor's degree in related field, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, experience with procurement PO/PR workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. Bonus for experience with NetSuite and Pigment, and financial dashboard/report automation. Responsibilities include managing forecasting, annual planning, financial performance review, PR/PO workflow management, variance analysis, and improving FP&A reporting and processes. Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you'll do

  • Own the operating expense forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and budget tracking
  • Drive the annual operating planning process in partnership with budget owners across the organization
  • Partner with department leaders to review financial performance, provide insights, and support business decisions
  • Manage the PR/PO financial workflow, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and company policies
  • Perform budget versus actual (BvA) variance analysis and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Improve FP&A reporting, dashboards, and planning processes to increase visibility and efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A with hands-on experience managing operating expenses (Opex), budgeting, and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making
  • Experience working with procurement processes, including PO/PR workflows
