Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a junior-level finance professional to manage commission calculations and payouts for sales bonuses, audit compensation plans, streamline financial models using automation and AI, monitor sales attainment, prepare commission statements, support financial reporting, and provide analytical support to sales and finance teams. Requires bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, 1+ years in FP&A or Sales Operations, strong Excel skills, and communication abilities. Prior digital advertising experience is a plus. Salary range $54,000 to $101,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Role based in New York City.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end commission calculation for DV Scibids Revenue stream and Account Management bonuses
  • Manage quarterly/bi-annual payout workflow and monthly accrual process
  • Review and audit commercial compensation plans for accuracy and alignment to approved plan documents
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial model using automation tools and AI
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales attainment against quotas
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute commission statements and act as point of contact for commission inquiries
  • Support financial reporting by assigning client classifications and managing advertiser mapping
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support for regional sales team, Commercial leadership, and Finance organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 1+ years of related work experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or a highly analytical data role
  • Highly proficient in Excel, with ability to audit, replicate, and maintain complex financial and data models
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Prior experience in Digital Advertising or a similar technology industry is a plus
