Full job description

Junior FP&A Analyst role in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities include executing monthly/quarterly compensation calculations, coordinating budget-procurement relations, supporting procurement system and workflow implementation, collaborating with multiple departments (R&D, FP&A, legal, operations, IT, HR), acting as main POC for incentive matters globally, providing financial support and decision-making analysis for teams and projects, performing data analytics on financial data such as salary cost and revenue attainment, and handling ad-hoc duties. Requirements include a degree in Finance/Accounting or similar, strong analytical and data skills, proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) and accounting applications, excellent verbal and written communication in Hebrew and English, attention to detail, and 1-2 years relevant experience preferred. The position is full-time with hybrid work arrangement.

What you'll do

  • Thoroughly understand and execute monthly/quarterly calculations on all compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policy or practice
  • Coordinate and control Budget-Procurement relations. Support procurement system and workflow implementation
  • Work together with multiple functions in the organization (R&D, FP&A, legal, operations, IT, HR, etc.) to understand the needs and the best way to achieve results
  • Work globally across the business units and locations to act as the main POC for all incentive related matters
  • Ongoing financial support and decision-making analysis for different teams, projects, Sales department ROI, customer transactions, and other initiatives
  • Data Analytics - strong analytical skills providing many types of analysis on financial data (e.g., Salary cost, Revenue attainment, and incentive plans optimization)
  • Ability to go beyond to deliver other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum degree qualifications in Finance/Accounting or similar
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to leverage technology
  • Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and passion
  • Proficient with MS Office packages in particular advanced Excel skills and various accounting applications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Hebrew and English
  • Details oriented and meticulous
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Advantage)
