Full job description
Epsilon seeks a junior FP&A Analyst with 1-2 years of relevant finance experience, currently studying CIMA or ACCA, to join the UK Finance team in a hybrid role based in London. Responsibilities include supporting monthly forecasts, annual budgets, management reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI tracking, incentive compensation calculations, period-end activities, and process improvements. Candidates must have solid Excel skills, good accounting and financial analysis knowledge, attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach. Experience with finance, CRM, ERP, or analytics systems such as SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Power BI is beneficial.
What you'll do
- Support preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and longer-term plans for UK business
- Produce regular management reporting ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery
