Appodeal is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to ensure the integrity, structure, and usability of financial data across systems. The role involves maintaining a finance data layer as a single source of truth, supporting AI-driven insights and dashboards, and producing dynamic reports for business decisions. Responsibilities include ensuring financial data accuracy across ERP (NetSuite), operational systems, and BI tools; reconciling revenue across SSPs, DSPs, and exchanges; resolving data discrepancies; establishing reconciliation frameworks; partnering with Data Engineering on data requirements and pipeline validation; maintaining financial systems; translating accounting logic into data models; defining and maintaining financial metrics; aligning dashboards with financial statements; building datasets for reporting and analysis; creating forecasting models; supporting month-end close through data validation and automation; implementing data-level controls; ensuring audit readiness; and collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Data Engineering, and Product/Operations. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data, or related field; 2-5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, business intelligence, or FP&A with strong data exposure; strong SQL and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite); experience with large datasets in high-volume environments; Python and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) are a plus; strong systems thinking; attention to detail; automation mindset; and ability to communicate with finance and engineering teams. The position is full-time, mid-level, and offers hybrid remote work options. Location is Parkland, Florida, USA.
