Full job description

Financial Controller role overseeing financial operations of Adlook subsidiaries in Polish and European markets. Responsibilities include financial supervision, stakeholder cooperation focusing on profitability, debt collection, credit risk management, contract review and approval, P&L controlling and forecasting, cash flow management, financial data preparation for consolidation and reporting, and coordination of annual audits. Requirements: university degree in finance, 5+ years in finance/accounting/controlling/auditing, proficiency in accounting and corporate finance, strong skills in Microsoft/Google office tools, experience with automation tools like PowerQuery or PowerBI, fluent English and Polish, and analytical and organizational skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include knowledge of Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT, and certifications like ACCA or CIMA.
