Epsilon seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to support and implement technology for Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions. The role reports to the Senior Director of Finance and involves configuration, testing, and maintenance of sales compensation systems. Responsibilities include developing sales compensation plans, system integration, user training, and collaboration with finance, accounting, and IT teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in financial system administration or development, experience with commission tools, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of relational and multi-dimensional databases. Preferred experience includes sales compensation, financial reporting, project management, and enterprise analytical systems.
