Full job description

Epsilon seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to support and implement technology for Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions, primarily using Xactly Incent. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing, maintenance, report/dashboard creation, process documentation, and training Sales Compensation administrators. Requires 3+ years experience in financial system administration or development, commission tools, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of database structures. Experience with Xactly Incent and sales compensation preferred. The role reports to the Senior Director of Finance and collaborates with finance, accounting, and IT teams. Salary range: $60,700 - $112,700 annually. Locations: New York, NY and Wakefield, MA.

What you'll do

  • Act as primary business systems support for Xactly Sales Compensation financial system
  • Sales Compensation plan development, testing, and overall system maintenance
  • Configuration (build), testing and implementation of SC plans in Xactly Incent
  • Report and dashboard creation
  • Gathering and documenting processes for new sales compensation plans
  • Determining overall design and system integrations
  • Configuration and testing components
  • Work directly with finance, accounting, internal IT teams
  • Maintain and promote maximum utilization of Financial Systems technology
  • Develop and coordinate training for Sales Compensation Team administrators
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance on system use and best practices
  • Create system documentation and communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience with financial system administration, configuration or development
  • Experience with commission tools
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial/operational modeling
  • General understanding of relational and multi-dimensional database structures and uses
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Sales Compensation, Financial reporting or project management experience (preferred)
  • Additional experience with other enterprise analytical systems (preferred)
  • Proficiency in problem solving
  • Experience with Xactly Incent
