Full job description
Epsilon seeks a Financial Systems Analyst to support and implement technology for Financial Planning and Sales Compensation functions, primarily using Xactly Incent. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing, maintenance, report/dashboard creation, process documentation, and training Sales Compensation administrators. Requires bachelor's degree, 3+ years in financial system administration or development, experience with commission tools, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of database structures. Experience with Xactly Incent and sales compensation preferred. Salary range $60,700 to $112,700 annually. Locations: New York, NY and Wakefield, MA.
What you'll do
- Act as primary business systems support for Xactly Sales Compensation financial system
- Sales Compensation plan development, testing, overall system maintenance
- Configuration, testing and implementation of sales compensation plans in Xactly Incent
