Full job description
Support accounts payable and receivable accounting processes, including invoice verification, payment preparation, and general ledger reconciliation. Provide data for cash flow forecasting and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing according to HGB/IFRS. Act as contact for accounting inquiries and support optimization of accounting processes. Requires vocational training in commercial/business field, 4-5 years accounting experience, proficiency in German and English, knowledge of HGB/IFRS, ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred), and MS Office (Excel, Word). Hybrid role with three days per week in Frankfurt office.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end processes of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable accounting
- Provide accurate data for weekly cash flow forecasting and payment proposals
- Assist with maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
