Use approved AI tools to improve reconciliations, data extraction, reporting and user support
Review AI-generated outputs before use in finance processes
Document automation processes and share best practices
Gather and document business requirements for new projects and enhancements
Follow data security policies across NetSuite and connected systems
Use only company-approved AI tools and protect confidential financial and personal information
Support SOX controls including access reviews, change documentation and audit evidence
Act as point of contact for audit queries relating to system access, configuration and changes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
8–10 years of hands-on ERP experience, ideally in NetSuite administration or support
Strong understanding of core accounting concepts, including general ledger, chart of accounts, multi-currency, revaluations and intercompany transactions
Working knowledge of NetSuite saved searches, SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow
Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and SUMIFS-style formulas
Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini for analysing data, writing queries or scripts, and automating tasks
Good understanding of data privacy and security when working with financial information
Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency organisation (bonus)
Experience in a publicly listed company with SOX requirements (bonus)
Familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteQL (bonus)
Experience with Planful, FloQast or similar FP&A and financial close tools (bonus)
NetSuite Administrator certification (bonus)
