Smadex is seeking a FinOps & Admin Specialist for APAC based in Manila. The role involves managing end-to-end accounts receivable and payable cycles, billing and collections for APAC clients, supporting month-end close activities, liaising with global FinOps for compliance, assisting audits, and monitoring client payments. The specialist will maintain operational presence across APAC, build relationships with clients and internal teams, support client onboarding, coordinate billing data with sales and AdOps, and assist with administrative tasks. Requirements
5–10 years of experience in finance operations, accounts receivable/payable, or financial administration, ideally within a technology, media, or advertising company
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience working in or closely with APAC markets is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
A proactive, curious mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales, AdOps, and finance teams across different geographies and time zones
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and client information
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is highly preferred
