Smadex is hiring a FinOps & Admin Specialist for APAC to manage finance operations and regional commercial activities. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable/payable cycles, billing and collections for APAC clients, supporting month-end close, liaising with global FinOps, assisting audits, monitoring payments, maintaining client and commercial activity knowledge, building relationships with clients and teams across APAC, supporting client onboarding, coordinating billing data with sales and AdOps, and assisting with administrative tasks. Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable and payable cycle for the APAC region, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
Coordinate billing and collections for all APAC clients billed through the Singapore entity

Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the VP APAC and regional office operations as needed
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in finance operations, accounts receivable/payable, or financial administration, ideally within a technology, media, or advertising company
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience working in or closely with APAC markets is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or ERP software (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
A proactive, curious mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales, AdOps, and finance teams across different geographies and time zones
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and client information
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is highly preferred
