Verve is seeking a mid-level full-time accounting professional based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The role involves preparing and reconciling billing reports (AP and AR), credit note preparation, managing sales team enquiries, maintaining advertiser and publisher master data, regular AR/AP postings, weekly coordination with sales teams, following up on overdue receivables, supporting cash flow planning, initiating publisher payments, executing month-end close postings, audit support, and backfilling billing tasks. The candidate will also lead automation projects under manager supervision. Requirements include a university degree in accounting, at least 4 years of AP/AR experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, Workday, or Blackline, and preferably IFRS knowledge. The candidate must be able to work with large datasets, have a structured and detail-oriented approach, a strong sense of urgency, customer service experience, and legal authorization to work in Germany.
