Full job description

Prepare and reconcile billing reports (AP and AR), credit notes, and manage sales team enquiries. Maintain Advertiser (AR) / Publisher (AP) master data and perform regular AR/AP postings. Conduct weekly syncs with sales teams, follow up on overdue receivables, provide inputs for weekly cash flow planning, initiate publisher payment runs, and execute revenue, accrual, and intercompany postings during month-end close. Support audits and compliance, backfill billing tasks, and lead automation projects under manager supervision. Requires university degree in Accounting, minimum 4 years accounting experience (AP/AR), strong Excel skills, ERP experience (Netsuite, SAP, Workday, Blackline), and ability to work with large datasets. IFRS knowledge and automation project experience beneficial. Must have legal right to work in Ireland. Role is full-time, mid-level, hybrid based in Dublin.
