Finance Manager role for Mexico legal entity overseeing accounting operations, local financial reporting, financial analysis, and internal controls. Responsible for monthly close under US GAAP, corporate financial reporting, audit coordination, and managing relationships with external accountants and auditors. Lead a team of three accounting professionals and coordinate external accounting partners. Support ERP transformation initiatives with NetSuite and AI-enabled tools. Partner with Treasury, Human Resources, and regional teams on financial processes. Requires bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, 6+ years accounting and finance experience in Mexico, experience managing teams, US GAAP knowledge, bilingual Spanish and English, and experience with NetSuite and FloQast preferred.
