Full job description
Finance Intern (Prácticas) full time internship based in Madrid office, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requires ability to sign a Convenio de Prácticas with university. No previous experience required; full training provided. Responsibilities include recording invoices, supporting reconciliations, processing expenses, maintaining financial records, and assisting with accounting tasks. Requirements include full-time availability, on-site work in Madrid, proficiency with Excel, attention to detail, English communication skills, and eagerness to learn. Nice to have Spanish or other European language and academic interest in finance or related fields.
What you'll do
- Record and book incoming invoices in Accounts Payable across different entities
- Support bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process employee expenses in accordance with company policies
