Full job description

Finance Business Process Analyst role in Gurugram office focused on transforming Finance operations through process improvement, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Requires 3+ years experience in business analysis, finance operations, or process improvement, with strong knowledge of finance cycles (R2R, P2P, O2C). Experience with Generative AI tools and basic SQL and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency needed. Responsibilities include documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, driving automation, partnering with stakeholders, improving data quality and controls, defining KPIs, and building dashboards. What you'll do

  • Support the transformation of Finance operations by documenting processes, identifying risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and helping design scalable solutions
  • Identify high-volume, repetitive finance activities and drive automation and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to improving financial data quality, controls, and process standardization across global operations
  • Help define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics across finance processes
  • Build analyses and dashboards to provide visibility into process performance and improvement opportunities while supporting Finance’s evolution into a more strategic, insight-driven function

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, finance operations, process improvement, or a similar function
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related cycles
  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to solve business and operational problems and scale successful solutions across Finance teams
  • Proven experience mapping, documenting, and improving business processes
  • Basic SQL knowledge and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
