Full job description
Finance Business Partner role at Smartly in Chicago. Requires 4-8 years experience in Commercial Finance/FP&A/Consulting or Private Equity/VC. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, deal reviews, and process improvements. Must have strong analytical, modeling, Excel, and SQL skills, experience managing P&Ls and forecasts, and ability to influence senior stakeholders. SaaS or agency experience is a plus. Benefits include 5 weeks PTO, holidays, sick days, healthcare, 401K matching, equity grants, wellness and learning reimbursements, and volunteer time off. Salary range $140,000 to $160,000 plus bonus.
